Formed in 1971, Rolls Anderson & Rolls offers a broad range of civil engineering and land surveying services for local and regional, private and public works projects.
Our staff includes five licensed engineers and three licensed land surveyors who are assisted by experienced engineering, surveying, drafting and clerical staff.
Many of our staff have been with us for more than 20 years. We believe a small, stable firm with conscientious employees is able to consistently provide cost effective, high quality, professional service.
The Organization
We are proud of our long-term relationships with the many cities and special districts that we represent; some of which are referenced on this web site. This unique service has given us a valuable understanding of the various governmental processes throughout northern California.
The services that we provide for our public agency clients include plan and map checking, assisting in the preparation of loan and grant applications, preparing various annual reports, providing analysis and data for environmental review of projects, and providing engineering design, surveying and contract administration for a variety of public works projects.
